This section is more open compared to the Warburton direction, with sprawling open areas with farms, animals, wineries and historic infrastructure like old train stations. It also contains a few food & drink options, but does not pass through a township like Warburton.

WESBURN PUMP TRACK

Difficulty rating:

Wesburn Pump Track is a bitumen circuit of rollers, banked corners and jumps. All features are rounded and can be ridden over without jumping, making it ideal for learning or practicing.

Ride length: From Yarra Junction, to reach the pump track is around 20 minutes ride, or 5 minutes drive. The pump track itself is compacted into a small area, so you can ride as long as you feel like.

Recommended bikes: Standard mountain bikes are the best option, although any bike can be fun to ride on the pump track.
